Louise Bergeron joined The Art of Excellence in early 2008 to pursue her dream of becoming a Certified Corporate Coach and Workshop Facilitator. Her background in sales, training and relationship management within the insurance industry and experience in executive recruitment gave Louise the confidence and fuelled her passion to work at a deeper level with people.  Her natural energy and enthusiasm looked to serve a higher purpose and she found that purpose with her work at The Art of Excellence.
 Louise believes that people generate the successes in their lives by being true to their authentic selves, clear about their values and open to wonderful possibilities! By leveraging the concepts of Personal Leadership, Coaching and Emotional Intelligence, her work with The Art of Excellence is to champion her clients, in helping them to move forward and to flourish in their daily lives at work, home and in their community.

Louise is a member of HRPA (Human Resources Professional Association), the ICF (The International Coach Federation) and the WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches). 

Louise has been a guest expert on CBC radio (Radio Canada) on the topic of career transition and currently writes articles for various publications in Sudbury. In keeping with her value of being of service, Louise is very proud to serve her community in her role as a Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunriser, working with local charities as well as supporting international causes in health and education.
