Louise Bergeron is a professional certified coach and the enthusiastic owner of PERSONAL ENERGY COACHING, a Coaching and Self-improvement Company. Louise is also very proud to continue working with The Art of Excellence as an Associate Corporate Coach and Workshop Facilitator.

In the spring of 2006, Louise left an 18 year career in pursuit of balance, health and a sense of true purpose. This was to be a personal and professional turning point for Louise. The following two years presented countless opportunities to re-energize, re-focus and explore possibilities.

In 2008, Louise began her journey towards becoming a professional coach; a dream she'd had since 1997...a dream that was simply filed away. That dream would take a lot of courage, confidence and work…and a professional coach! Louise trained with Sylvie Gervais-Leduc to become a Certified Corporate Coach and became part of The Art of Excellence team

Louise is a member of HRPA (Human Resources Professional Association), the ICF (The International Coach Federation).

In keeping with her value of being of service, Louise is very proud to serve her community in her role as a Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunriser; working with local charities as well as supporting international causes in health and education.

Personal Energy Coaching allows Louise to use her personal energy to support and BE of service to individuals that want to lead their life with energy, passion and engagement.
